I've designed this workout to reflect ease of equipment transitions; i.e. there aren't a lot of equipment adjustments. We work with hanging rungs, short chains, and long chains. I also give a thorough explanation of the accessories involved:).

Jumping/Stretching Board Slider Class...
This class takes place exclusively on the sliders. Incorporating wings, squats, standing spirals, hanging arches and much more. I had a great time filming this and I hope you enjoy it!!

We investigate the JSB from the vantage point of the sliders and rotating discs. This class runs the spectrum from beginner to advanced and I'm sure you'll find something to challenge and inspire you!

JSB Slider/Platform plus Jumping 07/2...
This class utilizes the platform, 2 sliders and the rotating disc. Incorporating planks, cat backs, hamstring load and footwork/jumping at the end. It's a tough hour on the JSB!
